How does this program work?

Active duty, overseas service members can select up to three magazines, in no particular order, each year.


Subs4Soldiers.com will solicit donations of gift subscriptions to active duty service members.


Subs4Soldiers.com will attempt to match one request for each service member to a donation. After each service member has one request matched, we will attempt to match the second and third requests.


When a match is made, you will receive an email letting you know which magazine you will begin to receive.


Near the end of your subscription term, we will send you an email with the opportunity to place three new wishes if you are still active duty and overseas. If you are no longer active duty but would like to continue receiving the magazine, you will be able to renew the subscription for a low rate at www.magazines.com.


Is my personal information safe?

Subs4Soldiers.com will not release your name and location to the donor of your gift subscription or anyone else. Subs4Soldiers.com will not release the donor’s name and address to you.


What if I want to change my magazine requests?

You can change any unmatched wishes on your list. Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-673-1289 or email us at Subs4ServiceMembers@magazines.com.


What if I want to cancel a magazine subscription you currently receive?

You can cancel your subscription(s) at any time. We are not able to issue a refund or exchange the magazine.


What if my address changes?

How can I make a donation to this program?
